University of the Sunshine Coast
USC is located on the outskirts of Maroochydore, a small town with about 17,500 inhabitants. The area is known for great surf beaches, parks, picnic areas and good shopping facilities. The area is easily accessible and invites you to take advantage of the many pedestrian and cycle paths along the beaches.

The Sunshine Coast has a subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and dry, mild winters. The average temperature varies from 21°C in July to 29°C in December. Minimum temperatures range from 7°C in July to 21°C in February.
