UTS City Campus is located in central Sydney close to the Central Station. The 28-storey building buzzes with activity. Besides lecture halls and classrooms, there are also bars and cafes. This campus offers studies such as business, engineering, IT, media and communications.
The faculty of Design and Architecture is located right next door and influences the environment with its workshops and exhibitions. Just twenty kilometers north of the city in the village of Lindfield is Kuringen-gai campus. It offers programs in e.g. nursing and business. Kuringen-gai is about 1 hour from City Campus with the free shuttle bus.
It is easy to get around with the shuttle bus line between the various university buildings and campuses.
There are a number of facilities at the UTS campus such as restaurants, cafes, gym and shops just to name a few. In addition, there are several clubs and associations you can join.
UTS has a variety of housing for students around the city where they usually have their own bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom. You should estimate about 150 AUD per week for housing, and about 50 AUD for food. The university housing office can help you find housing on the private housing market. Bondi Junction which has many apartments and studios is a popular area for students.
