There are large differences in the weather across the country - New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland have hot summers and mild winters. In Tasmania and Victoria the winter can be chilly. In the middle of the country is it warm all the year around, and up north in the tropics they have dry season from May to September and rainy season from December to March.
