First part towards studying abroad with KILROY education is to get study counselling. You can contact us (link to contact page) by e-mail, phone or you can come by one of our offices.
After the initial contact we will set up a thorough counselling session where we discuss which possibilities you have. We will base our study counselling on your grades, hobbies and wishes when it comes to what country and city you want to study in. All study counselling is free of charge and not binding in any way.
Based on the information you have received from us during the counselling session you should be able to make a decision. We can guide you through the options but the final choice will always be yours.
We will make sure you have the necessary forms in order to submit an application. When you have filled out the necessary forms you should send them back to KILROY education. If you're in doubt on how to fill out the forms you can always contact us and we will help you.
Once we have received your application we will check that everything is filled out correctly. In order to speed up the process we will submit your application electronically. We treat all information you give us as confidential. You might need to take a language- or academic test in order to show proof of your English proficiency or academic level.
After KILROY education has sent your application off we will make sure it gets prioritized and processed by the university you have applied for. The processing time is usually 3-6 weeks depending on country, university and what time of year you are sending your application.
All correspondence with the university will go through KILROY education. We will make sure you get the necessary information from the university and that the university has all the information they need in order to process your application.
If you are admitted we will help you with information with regards to how to accept the offer, payment of deposits and we can also guide you further on in the process of moving to another country. We recommend that you read this checklist of things to take care of before you go to study abroad. We can also put you in touch with others that are going to study at the same university as you.
